CBP-ICE 'Operation Charlotte's Web' Nets 400 Arrests In Charlotte; Half Had Criminal Records

Border Patrol and ICE conducted an interior enforcement surge in Charlotte dubbed "Operation Charlotte's Web," resulting in more than 400 arrests since Nov. 15.
