CBP Louisville Seizes $6.6M In Counterfeit Luxury Watches From Hong Kong Parcels

CBP officers in Louisville seized two Hong Kong shipments on Oct. 28 containing 53 counterfeit luxury watches with an estimated MSRP of $6.6 million. The parcels were addressed to residences in Georgia and Florida, and the goods bore unauthorized trademarks including Richard Mille, Rolex, Hublot, Cartier, Swarovski, G-Shock, and Patek Philippe. The items were turned over to HSI for further investigation; CBP notes watches and jewelry remain top IPR seizure categories, with China/Hong Kong leading sources.
