CBP Nabs Fugitive Wanted On Child‑Sex Warrant At Eagle Pass Port After NCIC Hit

CBP officers at the Eagle Pass Port of Entry detained a 45-year-old Mexican citizen after a secondary inspection and NCIC-enabled biometric check confirmed an outstanding felony warrant for indecency with a child. The individual was turned over to the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office for adjudication of the warrant. The arrest is part of a short-term cluster of NCIC-driven fugitive apprehensions at South Texas ports this week.
