Charlotte ICE Site: Woman Charged With Assaulting Federal Officer During ERO Entry Blockade

Federal prosecutors say Heather Morrow, 44, was arrested outside ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations facility in Charlotte after allegedly grabbing a federal officer’s shoulders and trying to jump on the officer’s back during an attempt to clear the entrance. Officials say the group had gathered to block law enforcement vehicles. Morrow was charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer and released on bond after a court appearance.
