Clark County Nonprofits Launch $50K Rent Aid For Families After ICE Detentions

Clark County nonprofits led by the Southwest Washington LULAC Council are offering rapid-response rental assistance for families whose primary wage earner was detained or deported by ICE. Council for the Homeless committed $50,000, with Latino Leadership Northwest vetting applicants via a hotline and connecting families to legal and food support. Payments go directly to landlords and can cover full or partial rent to prevent homelessness. Community members can donate to the Rapid Response and Cares Team Fund.
