ICE Arrests In Wisconsin Up 22% As Pre-Conviction Detentions Rise
ICE arrests in Wisconsin rose about 22% from January through July compared with the same period last year, with much of the increase involving people charged but not yet convicted. Neighboring Midwestern states saw much larger spikes (IA +293%, MI +152%, MN +95%, IL +46%).
