ICE ARRESTS ‘WORST OF THE WORST’ CONVICTED NONCITIZENS IN NATIONWIDE SWEEP

DHS says ICE officers conducted nationwide arrests targeting convicted noncitizens labeled the “worst of the worst,” including individuals with prior convictions for the murder of an 8-year-old, child sexual exploitation, bank robbery, assault, and drug trafficking. The agency listed several arrestees by name and said they remain in custody pending immigration proceedings, crediting administration leadership for the enforcement push. This release follows a series of similar ‘worst of the worst’ announcements in the past 10 days.
