A 22-year-old National Guardsman in Staten Island says he feels betrayed after ICE arrested his 41-year-old stepfather on his way to work Tuesday morning near Castleton and Heberton avenues. The family says he has no criminal record and has pending legal proceedings. Community group La Colmena is supporting the family, and WABC has requested comment from ICE.
