ICE says ERO Phoenix removed 29-year-old Caleb Aragon Venegas, wanted in Puebla for femicide, transporting him from Eloy Detention Center to the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry in Nogales for transfer to Mexican authorities. CBP previously arrested him near Lukeville on April 10, 2024, and an immigration judge ordered removal on Sept. 8. Officials cite cross-border coordination to return fugitives and urge tips on foreign fugitives and criminal aliens.

TRUMP SEEKS SUPREME COURT OK TO END TPS FOR 300,000 VENEZUELANS AS 9TH CIRCUIT BLOCKS DHS MOVE

The administration asked the Supreme Court to stay a lower court order and allow DHS to end Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans while appeals proceed.
