ICE HSI Nabs Honduran Murder Fugitive In North Carolina, Files Detainer To Speed Deportation

ICE Homeland Security Investigations arrested Honduran national Francisco Escobar-Orellana at his North Carolina home in a targeted fugitive operation. He is wanted in Honduras for a 1993 double machete murder. Escobar was booked into the Wake County Detention Center and an immigration detainer was requested to keep him in custody while removal proceedings advance, with return to Honduras expected for prosecution.

Hazmat Swarms Dallas ICE Facility After Suspicious Package — Second Threat Since Deadly September Shooting

Dallas Fire-Rescue and police responded to a suspicious package at the ICE facility on North Stemmons Freeway, with hazmat teams probing an unknown substance.
