HSI New Orleans, with ERO support, executed an intelligence-driven worksite inspection on Oct. 30 at a Harvey, Louisiana shipyard after the employer failed to produce I-9s and employee records. Agents detained 25 Honduran nationals; some had prior offenses including illegal entry, DUI, and firearm discharge.
