An immigrant rights group says ICE deported Arnulfo Bazan to Reynosa after a Houston arrest in which masked agents in unmarked vehicles detained his U.S.-citizen son during a school drop-off. Video shows agents restraining the teen; ICE did not answer questions on identification protocols.
