Butler County deputies say a 27-year-old man accused of causing a head-on crash on State Route 747 was arrested on multiple charges, including aggravated vehicular assault and OVI. After he was booked and identified as undocumented, ICE placed a detainer at the county jail. A 28-year-old woman in the other vehicle suffered serious injuries; the county’s crash reconstruction team is investigating.
