1st Circuit Allows Trump Administration To End Parole For ~430,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans And Venezuelans

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Sept. 12 rejected a challenge to the Trump administration's termination of parole programs for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, reversing a district judge and allowing terminations to proceed while litigation continues. The ruling affects roughly 430,000 parolees and deepens a patchwork of conflicting court decisions nationwide.
