MAINE COUNTY VOTE COULD KICK ICE FROM U.S. MARSHALS JAIL DEAL AMID PROTESTS

Cumberland County commissioners in Maine are set to vote on amending a U.S. Marshals Service contract to exclude ICE from using the county jail.
