TRUMP SEEKS SUPREME COURT OK TO END TPS FOR 300,000 VENEZUELANS AS 9TH CIRCUIT BLOCKS DHS MOVE
The administration asked the Supreme Court to stay a lower court order and allow DHS to end Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans while appeals proceed. Judge Edward Chen previously ruled the termination unlawful, and the 9th Circuit declined to stay his decision.
